1. Introduction

6. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime as defined under Bangladeshi law and applicable international regulations.

• Posting offensive, defamatory, or harassment-based content in any chat, comment, or communication feature on the platform.

pkvip retains all recovered funds and forfeited winnings resulting from detected prohibited activities. Where criminal conduct is identified, pkvip will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the pkvip platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, icons, images, audio-visual elements, and the overall site design — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkvip or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkvip platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from pkvip.

pkvip's total aggregate liability to any user under these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or any other legal theory.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. pkvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Where a user has breached any provision of these Terms, including suspected fraudulent behaviour, bonus abuse, or prohibited activity as outlined in Section 6 above.
• Where account verification or KYC documentation cannot be completed to pkvip's satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe.
• Where pkvip receives a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring it to restrict or terminate access to a specific account.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the relevant jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, users agree to first contact pkvip's support team to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. pkvip aims to resolve all legitimate disputes within 30 days of receiving a formal written complaint to [email protected].

12. Amendments to These Terms

pkvip reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website unless stated otherwise.
